These apply when you join the Power BI Summer School 2020

Get the most out of the lazy summer days and participate in the Power BI Summer School. Three days of high-quality content, an international line-up of top experts in Power BI and related fields, and a relaxed atmosphere will enable you to deepen your expertise in Power BI, DAX, M, and other state-of-the-art techniques.

The Power BI Summer School will take place from 22 – 25 June 2020 in the Netherlands, and is organized by Quanto, the Collective Analytics company founded by Power BI veterans Henk Vlootman and Michiel Rozema. We will stay at Hotel Zeeduin in Wijk aan Zee, located in the dunes of the Dutch North Sea coast. The clean air, the salty sea and the scent of the dune forest will make this a very special occasion to learn, to enjoy, and to prepare for a data-driven world.

Collective Analytics at the Power BI Summer School 2020

At Quanto, we coined the term Collective Analytics because we believe it captures where the real value of analytics is: in the hands of every individual, and in the joint energy of the collective. It is from joint insights that organizations will be able to continuously improve themselves, and to truly innovate. The Power BI Summer School will let you grasp the meaning of Collective Analytics and tap into the knowledge of a collective of Power BI experts.

About the event

To enable you to reach a deeper level of understanding, the Power BI Summer School is built on two-hour sessions. In between and after these, there is ample time to discuss any topic around Power BI. We encourage you to take your own Power BI models, solutions, and problems, to get an expert’s opinion and custom tips and tricks.

By registering for the Power BI Summer School, you will get:

Towards a data-driven culture

Michiel Rozema MVP - Henk Vlootman MVP

Traditional, IT-driven BI projects struggle with business engagement and low adoption rates. Power BI promises to enable the business user to create her own reports and analyse data. But how to do this is a manageable way? How to ensure that results of end-user reports can be trusted?

The answer lies in a collective approach to analytics, in which not only business analysts are supported by data services from IT, but also the specific strengths of Power BI are leveraged to drive success of BI projects with deep involvement of business users.

We show you how Power BI in the organization as the dynamic platform, truly delivers data driven capabilities.
