20 - 23 September 2020
The Power BI Summer School 2020
sun, fun, Power BI
The Corona virus has delayed our sunny event. But you can still enjoy the (last) lazy summer days and participate in the Power BI Summer School!
Three days of high-quality content, a (somewhat less) international line-up of top experts in Power BI and related fields, and a relaxed atmosphere will enable you to deepen your expertise in Power BI, DAX, M, and other state-of-the-art techniques.
Because of the current situation and travel difficulties, we have changed the format of the Power BI Summer School. The event will be fully in Dutch and after discussion with participants who already registered, we have decided to target the Summer School at advanced Power BI users. So, if you are a beginner in Power BI, this event is not for you (take a look at our Power BI courses instead). If you have some experience in Power BI and want to go deep, and you understand Dutch, you are more than welcome to join!
The Power BI Summer School will take place from 20 – 23 September 2020 in the Netherlands, and is organized by Quanto, the Collective Analytics company founded by Power BI veterans Henk Vlootman and Michiel Rozema. We will stay at Hotel Zeeduin in Wijk aan Zee, located in the dunes of the Dutch North Sea coast. The clean air, the salty sea and the scent of the dune forest will make this a very special occasion to learn, to enjoy, and to prepare for a data-driven world.

Collective Analytics at the Power BI Summer School 2020
At Quanto, we coined the term Collective Analytics because we believe it captures where the real value of analytics is: in the hands of every individual, and in the joint energy of the collective. It is from joint insights that organizations will be able to continuously improve themselves, and to truly innovate. The Power BI Summer School will let you grasp the meaning of Collective Analytics and tap into the knowledge of a collective of Power BI experts.
What to expect
To enable you to reach a deeper level of understanding, the Power BI Summer School is built on two-hour sessions. In between and after these, there is ample time to discuss any topic around Power BI. We encourage you to take your own Power BI models, solutions, and problems, to get an expert’s opinion and custom tips and tricks.
By registering for the Power BI Summer School, you will get:
- Three days full of valuable Power BI content
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Three nights stay at the hotel
- Additional activities
