Arend Oosterhoorn

Arend Oosterhoorn started his working life as a statistician and quality manager in the automotive industry. Since 1994 he works from his own consultancy firm at various organizations in the field of improvement management, lean and six sigma. As some people have quality in their DNA, Arend has that with data and he likes to talk about it. Although the possibility of data visualization increases enormously, the question arises whether the ability of employees to analyse and interpret data is keeping up with this speed. His passion is to develop that ability by providing appealing teaching methods and telling the data stories in an engaging way.
